Frequently Asked Questions

Any individual aged 18 or older who legally resides in Luxembourg or another EU member state can participate.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Zeas Group Sàrl or its affiliates are not eligible.

For a referral to be valid, the property must be:
 
       •Successfully listed with zeas.immo; and
       •Either sold (with a notarized and registered sale) or rented (with a signed and valid rental contract, registered where required).
 
All referrals must be made with the explicit consent of the property owner.
 
•For sales : €1,000 after the sale has been completed and zeas.immo has received its commission.
•For rentals: 10% of the first month’s rent (excluding utilities), after zeas.immo’s commission has been paid.
•For buying : €1,000 after the sale has been completed and zeas.immo has received its commission.
 
All bonuses are paid by bank transfer once the referrer submits a valid payment request.
Yes, under certain conditions:

a) If the property is under a non-exclusive contract, the referral is valid once the owner signs a representation contract with zeas.immo and 
the property is successfully sold or rented through our services.

b) If the property is under an exclusive contract, the referral will only be considered once that contract has expired 
or been legally terminated according to Luxembourg law.

Referrers must ensure their referrals respect existing contracts and applicable real estate regulations.

Payment is made after all program conditions are fulfilled, including completion of the transaction, payment of zeas.immo’s commission, 

and receipt of a valid payment request. zeas.immo processes bonus payments within 10 days for both sales and rentals.

Yes. Referrers are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes or social contributions related to the referral bonus in their country of residence. 

zeas.immo does not withhold or report taxes on behalf of referrers.

A referral will not be considered valid if:
 
  1. The property owner has not given their explicit consent to be referred or contacted by zeas.immo
  2. The property is under a current exclusive contract with another real estate agency.
  3. The information provided about the property or its owner is false, incomplete, or unverifiable.
  4. The referral violates any law, regulation, or third-party contract.
  5. The property is not ultimately listed, sold, or rented through zeas.immo.
  6. The referrer is the owner, co-owner, beneficial owner, or has any legal or financial interest in the referred property.
Disclaimer: zeas.immo reserves the right to verify all referrals and to reject or disqualify those that do not meet program requirements. Decisions regarding eligibility and compliance rest solely with zeas.immo and are final.
