1. Who can take part in the referral program?
Anyone aged 18 or older who legally resides in Luxembourg or another EU member state is welcome to participate. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Zeas Group Sàrl-S or its affiliates are not eligible.
2. What do I need to do for my referral to qualify?
To earn your referral reward, the property must be successfully listed with zeas.immo and either sold — with a notarised and registered sale — or rented, with a signed and registered rental contract. All referrals must be made with the explicit consent of the property owner.
3. How much can I earn from a successful referral?
- Sales and purchases: €1,000 paid after the transaction completes and zeas.immo has received its commission.
- Rentals: 10% of the first month’s rent (excluding utilities), paid after zeas.immo’s commission has been received.
All referral bonuses are paid by bank transfer once you submit a valid payment request.
4. Can I refer a property already listed with another agency?
Yes, under certain conditions. If the property is under a non-exclusive contract, your referral is valid once the owner signs a representation contract with zeas.immo and the property is successfully sold or rented through us. If an exclusive contract is in place, the referral will only be considered once that contract has expired or been legally terminated under Luxembourg law. Please ensure your referral respects any existing agreements.
5. When will I receive my referral payment?
We process referral bonus payments within 10 business days of all conditions being met — transaction completed, zeas.immo commission received, and a valid payment request submitted by you.
6. Do I need to declare my referral bonus for taxes?
Yes. You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes or social contributions on your referral bonus in your country of residence. zeas.immo does not withhold or report taxes on your behalf. If you are unsure of your obligations, we recommend consulting a tax adviser.
7. What will not count as a valid referral?
A referral will be disqualified if:
- The property owner has not given explicit consent to be contacted by zeas.immo
- The property is under a current exclusive contract with another agency
- The information provided is false, incomplete, or unverifiable
- The referral breaches any law, regulation, or third-party contract
- The property is not ultimately listed, sold, or rented through zeas.immo
- You are the owner, co-owner, or hold any financial interest in the referred property
zeas.immo reserves the right to verify all referrals and to disqualify those that do not meet programme requirements. All eligibility decisions are final.
