Anyone aged 18 or older who legally resides in Luxembourg or another EU member state is welcome to participate. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Zeas Group Sàrl-S or its affiliates are not eligible.
To earn your referral reward, the property must be successfully listed with zeas.immo and either sold — with a notarised and registered sale — or rented, with a signed and registered rental contract. All referrals must be made with the explicit consent of the property owner.
All referral bonuses are paid by bank transfer once you submit a valid payment request.
Yes, under certain conditions. If the property is under a non-exclusive contract, your referral is valid once the owner signs a representation contract with zeas.immo and the property is successfully sold or rented through us. If an exclusive contract is in place, the referral will only be considered once that contract has expired or been legally terminated under Luxembourg law. Please ensure your referral respects any existing agreements.
We process referral bonus payments within 10 business days of all conditions being met — transaction completed, zeas.immo commission received, and a valid payment request submitted by you.
Yes. You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes or social contributions on your referral bonus in your country of residence. zeas.immo does not withhold or report taxes on your behalf. If you are unsure of your obligations, we recommend consulting a tax adviser.
A referral will be disqualified if:
zeas.immo reserves the right to verify all referrals and to disqualify those that do not meet programme requirements. All eligibility decisions are final.
