Terms and Conditions for Referral Bonus Program
These Terms and Conditions govern the Referral Bonus Program offered by zeas immo SARL-S, which provides monetary rewards to individuals who refer properties that are successfully listed and either sold or rented through the agency. These terms are supplementary to zeas immo SARL-S’s General Terms and Conditions and apply specifically to this program.
Eligibility
1.The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 or older, legally residing in Luxembourg or an EU member state.
2.Referrals must be made by individuals who are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of zeas immo SARL-S staff.
3.The referrer must provide accurate information about the property and its owner, and the property owner must consent to listing the property with zeas immo SARL-S.
Referral Process
1.To qualify for a referral bonus:
•The referred property must be successfully listed with zeas immo SARL-S.
•For sales: The property must be sold through zeas immo SARL-S’s services, and the sale transaction must be certified by a notary.
•For rentals: The property must be rented through zeas immo SARL-S’s services, with a signed rental contract in place.
2.If the referred property consists of multiple parts (e.g., apartment, garage, garden) sold or rented individually, the referral bonus applies as a whole and will only be paid once.
Payment of Bonus
1.For Sales:
•A €1,000 referral bonus will be paid within 30 days after:
•The property transaction is successfully certified by a notary.
•The referrer issues an invoice to zeas immo SARL-S for the amount of €1,000.
2. For Rentals:
•A referral commission equal to 10% of the first month’s rent (excluding utilities) will be paid within 30 days after:
•A rental contract is signed between the landlord and tenant.
•The referrer issues an invoice to zeas immo SARL-S for the agreed amount.
3.Payment will be made via bank transfer to the referrer’s bank account as specified on the invoice.
Tax Obligations
1.The person receiving the referral bonus or commission is fully responsible for declaring it to the competent fiscal authorities in their country of residence.
2.Zeas immo SARL-S will not withhold taxes or report the bonus on behalf of the recipient. It is solely the recipient’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
Prohibited Conduct
To prevent abuse or fraudulent activity:
1.False or misleading information about properties or owners is strictly prohibited.
2.Referrals made without the property owner’s consent will be disqualified.
3.Referrers attempting to manipulate or interfere with zeas immo SARL-S operations will be excluded from the program.
Data Protection
1.Personal data collected for the referral program will be processed in accordance with GDPR and Luxembourg data protection laws, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
2.Referrers consent to their data being used for purposes related to this program.
Haftungsbeschränkung
zeas immo SARL-S reserves the right to:
1.Reject referrals that do not meet eligibility criteria or comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2.Modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
zeas immo SARL-S is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program.
Änderungen
zeas immo SARL-S reserves the right to modify these Referral Bonus Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued participation in the referral program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Geltendes Recht und Gerichtsstand
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. Any disputes arising from participation in this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts, as outlined in zeas immo SARL-S’s General Terms and Conditions.
